Walt and Sped are a couple of good ole boys from the countryside. Walt is a tall, talking cat, and Sped is a short, mildly psychotic dog. Walt likes to find enlightenment through fishing, while Sped finds contentment by blowing up fish. Needless to say, they're not the perfect match, but they're pals anyway. In the inaugural issue of their first solo comic, Walt and Sped attempt to build a rocket car. Standing in the way of this accomplishment is the dastardly Foxy and his two goons, the Raccoon Boys, who want to swipe the Rocket Car for their own evil purposes. Featuring the return of the ever unlucky Frimpy and the debut of Penny Platypus. It's silly, off-beat fun in the Titanic TORC Press Tradition!
