The Ultimate Scammer, King Wilem lives for Three Things: Money, Moolah and Cash. Very Clever, but very small, Wilem employs a Trio of Bodyguards; Smile-E, Longface, & Grungo. King Wilem's three servants Lack any sort of noticeable mental facilities. While Smile-E & Longface are almost inexplicably Loyal, Grungo is only Loyal to his Stomach.

King Wilem is the current Mayor of Mosquito Village. He Won the Local Election, defeating the incumbent mayor by a narrow margin, attributed primarily to Wilem's Brilliant Ad Campaign.

Since his appointment, Wilem has raised taxes, upped his Salary, and allowed a Bar to Open on the Outskirts of Town (which he secretly owns). Wilem has Big Plans for the Little Village, seeing the Village as the Perfect Moneymaking Opportunity.
