Normal people shouldn't smoke. Shirac's not normal, so he can smoke all he wants. He hails from a Forgotten Tribe of inhuman monstrosities that hid themselves away long ago. Shirac didn't like hiding. Shirac really didn't like not having cigarettes. So, Shirac became Special Detective for the Mosquito City Police Department. Now he can smoke and be as grumpy as he wants, and if anyone has a problem with that they can take it up with the MCPD Complaints Department. In the meantime, Shirac will be out on Patrol disembowling criminals.
