Sheriff Kanubub Abul is the sole source of Law & Order in the Mad, Lawless City of Downside on Mosquito Island, IL. Dubbing himself 'The Top Pig', Kanabub has little real Authority within a City controlled by Pirates, Drug Pushers, and the Dreaded Unknown Mob.. Despite this, Kanabub takes his job fairly seriously, Kicking Ass and taking names for Justice. And the occasional Seized Asset or Two.
