Halloween Man started his career as a Traveling Monster Hunter. Through his travels, he encountered other Monstrous Monster Hunters. Befriending these various characters, Halloween Man formed the Halloween Gang. They continued their Cross Country Journey, Fighting for Justice at every stop. Eventually, they arrived in Mosquito Village. Shortly after reaching the small town, Halloween Man ran for Sheriff and Won, defeating Wilbur Walroe in a decisive Vote. Halloween Man appointed his Best Buddy, DoomHarvest, to be his Deputy. Since then, the pair have stood for Truth, Justice, & the Mosquito Way, making sure the town remains as Idilic & Peaceful as Possible.
