For as long as anyone can remember the Cosmic Fool has drifted across the Cosmos. He has no purpose or Direction, he merely wanders, letting his Space Manta Ray (roughly translated) go wherever it will go. Despite his lack of Direction, the Fool is not without a Mind or Conscience. He will Help others if they are in need, and in many sections of the Universe, the appearance of the Fool is a Good Omen.
