Random Notes and Whatnot
Wicked Heartburn today.
Had a Wedding and a Funeral within 24 hrs of each other this weekend. That'll mess a guy up a little. Trying not to have an existential crisis.
So, from what I've read, the ROH PPV taping in Chicago that I missed on Saturday was a Barnburner. No title changes, but great/insane matches throughout and the introduction of Jimmy Jacobs's new faction as well. Oh well, I can always catch on PPV in a month or two.
Speaking of wrestling, I'm toying with the idea of starting weekly columns about Wrestling and TORC Press in a vein similiar to Moviecide. Not sure if I have enough material on either subject to warrant it or not. Might give it a shot next week.
Speaking of PPV, the second ROH PPV airs this Friday! If you look closely, you might just see little old me sitting around in the crowd. We'll be watching the show at Brook's (?) place. It was a great show, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Plus, I think there's a bonus match featuring Bryan Danielson and Nigel McGuinness. I think.
There's also an UFC PPV on Saturday and Eastern Promises SHOULD be out this weekend everywhere. Busy weekend.
