This Weekend I Plan to Do Nothing

Scratch that, Super Bowl's this weekend. Personally, I could care less about the game, it's just my family has a long standing tradition of pigging out on junk food and watching the one football game all year that we watch. I hear that the Eagles are the underdogs, so that's probably who we'll all root for.

Fixed Chile Relleno last night. It turned out surprisingly good, and was quite tasty. Unfortunately, it took forever to make (2 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!), and my kitchen is now a Federal Disaster Area. Oh well, the sacrifices I make in my pursuit of the culinary arts, right?

Oh, and the new cartoon by the creator of "Family Guy" is on after the Super Bowl. Any cartoon with talking fish in it is okay by me ("Fish Police" excluded).
